Needs two people to assemble this cage and it is pretty heavy in its boxes, but I'd been warned of that!
I got it because it is one of the few cages I could find that didn't have huge gaps if you don't use the bottom grill - Rosi, my African Grey, likes to play on the floor, tear up paper and look for food items that I hide.
Great cage, plenty of room for lots of toys and perches, swings etc. Love the big doors and the little hatches! I bought the stone coloured cage which seems surprisingly unobtrusive, given how large it is, in the room.
One star off for the majority of the cage bars being vertical - horizontal are better for climbing on! - and the bottom trays tip towards the floor when pulled out because they just rest on a ledge and don't have a retaining bar above. Bought this 4 days ago and it was delivered within 2 days of order. Came on a pallet which we had to remove it from and dispose of and was extremely heavy, all 3 boxes so make sure that you have someone to help you. Once unpacked it was easy to identify all parts and check off against the checklist. Only negative was that the manufacturer did not include a checklist or assembly instructions but Scarlett was a Star and got hold of one for us really quickly. It was easy to assemble once we looked at the instructions but again it does take 2 people to assemble. Do not try it on your own or you may injure yourself!!!! It is so large and airy. Now just have to buy a load more toys to populate it. Not a problem because Scarletts stocks all the toys a Girly Parrot could want. (Posted on 10/2/2018)Rating - very good cage Review by Patel

I like having the divider in the cage when i am not here and my wife is cleaning the birds out, she shuts them in one half while she cleans the other as suggested by Scarlett as the birds do not like her. Also my birds are young, if they do get hormonal when they are older I can divide them during breeding season. A great size cage for them to share and they enjoy sitting up on the hatches watching tv (Posted on 10/26/2017)Rating

How long does delivery take and who delivers them?
All orders placed before 1pm are delivered next working day. Often orders placed later are also delivered next working day but it can vary depending on what time our couriers collect.
Goods to Ireland are 2 working days and goods across Europe are 2-5 working days.
All goods are sent tracked via DPD and you will receive a 1 hour time slot on the morning of delivery, with options to leave in a safe place, with a neighbour, or at a drop off shop.
Cage Deliveries
Cages are shipped via separate courier and are not trackable. Large cages are a palletised kerb side only delivery and take 2 working days, these are not trackable and you will be subject to a re delivery charge if you are not in to sign for them so please check with us if you require a specific delivery day.. Smaller cages will be next working day and re delivered if you are not in.. We regret that we cannot ship cages outside of UK Mainland other than to N Ireland or Republic Ireland where they can be sent for an extra £60.
What should I do if my parcel arrives damaged?
You must sign for the parcel as damaged and contact us by email with images of the damage. If Cages arrive and they are badly damaged you should refuse the delivery.
What should I do if I order something wrong and want to return it?
No problem, return it to the address on the top of the invoice, also found on the contact us form. It must be in original packaging and unused with original labels
