Therefore, all of our deliveries are kerbside. This happens because if any damage is made to your property as a result of the driver moving the product, it is at the driver's discretion to cover the costs involved in repairing any damage. However, this is a rare occurrence and most drivers are more than happy to help but we cannot guarantee this. When selecting a delivery date, ensure there will be somebody on site to assist with the goods. DAMAGE Before your order leaves our warehouse, it is quality checked to ensure there is no damage. Images are taken for our own compliance, however sometimes the product can get damaged in transit. If this does happen, please follow our guide below:- When the order arrives, check it to ensure its as you expected. - Inspect it to ensure its in good condition and detect any damage to the packs. ALL our products are sent out in cardboard or plastic packaging so if this is damaged, check to see the goods inside are intact. - Take images of any damage that's on the pallet, then notify the driver and sign their note/pod as damaged. - Send the evidence to our email with your order details and an explanation of what is damaged and we will get back to you within the same day.
