Tic Beans, White Peas, Wheat grain, Popcorn, Soya beans, Brown rice, Green split peas, Yellow split peas, Marrowfat peas, Chick peas, Aduki beans, Mung beans, Pinto beans, Black eye beans, Haricot beans, Barley grain, Red split lentils, Puy lentils
Soak for 12 hours, then rinse thoroughly, Feed as they are raw or boil them. To sprout keep rinsing every few hours after soaking
